How support works

Every Havra client has a rep: one person who knows your site, your modules and what you asked for last month. You say what you want, your rep gets it done. You never have to learn our tools to get a change made.

Email your rep, write to hello@havra.co, or ask Havi. Every request reaches a person, and you hear back with one of three answers.

Reach your rep

  1. Email your rep. Their name and address are on your dashboard Overview.
  2. Email [hello@havra.co](mailto:hello@havra.co). Use this if you can't sign in or don't have a rep listed yet. It reaches the same team.
  3. Ask Havi. If Havi is turned on for your account, you can ask it questions or have it make updates for you right from your dashboard.

What your rep handles

  • Changes to your site: new text, photos, pages, prices or hours.
  • Turning modules on or off. See Havra Modules.
  • Domains: registering, renewing, or moving one to Havra.
  • Agreements that need your signature.
  • Questions about invoices.

Not sure if something is a rep job? Send it anyway. Sorting that out is our work, not yours.

Make your request easy to finish

  • Where: the page or section you mean. A link is perfect.
  • What it should say: paste the exact new wording.
  • Files: attach photos, logos or PDFs rather than describing them.
  • When: give the real date if there is one, or say there isn't.
  • Who else: name anyone who needs to weigh in.

One request per change works best. Five unrelated changes in one message finish at the speed of the slowest one.

What happens next

A person reads every request. Your rep replies with one of three things: it's done, here's when it will be done, or here's the one thing still missing. If a change costs money, you see the price and approve it before anything is charged.

What you can do yourself

  • Overview: your project status and anything waiting on you.
  • Modules: update your site yourself, like adding events or posts.
  • Agreements: sign what's waiting and download copies of what you signed.
  • Domain: see your domain's status and renewal date, if it's turned on for you.
  • Settings: your profile, contact details, password and authenticator app.
