Engagements

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any project engagement between you and Havra is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The Havra name, wordmark, copy, and design system on this site are owned by Havra and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client logos shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and used with permission as references.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be either.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in courts located in Miami-Dade County.
